Thanks for coming to the site. I am taking over the reins of running this site, and I hope to do a little blogging. Over the last 16 months or so, I have spent any additional time working on Gregory's Textbook of Farriery, so maybe I can donate some of those hours to this website. Anyone who has any questions that they would like me to address, please don't hesitate to ask.
The book is a dream come true for us here at HHS. A lot of thanks go to Christopher Nielsen and Pat Tearney from the American Farrier's Journal for the hundreds of hours they put into laying it out and editing it.
We have a great new class going. The first couple videos are up on YouTube, and you can get to them through the video section of this site. Jesse Koehler, a brilliant young man that works for Frank Lessiter, just put this website together for me, and is giving me a lot of instruction in running it.
We have just finished the first day of the second week with this new class. As always, it was interesting, fun, adventurous, a bit scary, and full of surprises. From fighting young horses to tackling a calf that was about to swim a river that was too fast and too deep. Video to follow at the end of the week.
My sincerest thanks goes to all my many friends out there in this awesome trade, and a welcome to those that are about to become a part of it. God Bless to all.
